FAQ
here is everything you need to know about these wines:
q: I saw this wine online for less why?
a: The internet is a funny place huh. Every state has it’s own taxes and laws around alcohol, import costs are different. But what makes MA so special is taxes are already built into the retail cost of alcohol when purchased at retail (not in a bar or restaurant). So make sure to add the appropriate tax when buying online from other states. Also take into account shipping which often ranges from $25-$100 and the risks of shipping these super rare wines.
also import costs are different from state to state with some wines only being available in certain states.
q: can you ship the wine?
a: yes, we ship to most states - shipping and packaging starts around $30 and is priced depending on your location and quantity purchased.
q: what about auctions sites?
a: most auction sites are well, auctions and listed prices usually go way up at the end of an auction. auction sites also have hidden costs such as fees, taxes, shipping, and storage. expect to pay 10%-30% more than the winning price.
q: how have these wines been stored?
a: all of these wines have been professionally stored and we are the original retailer
q: how long does the super sale last?
a: not long at all, expect the sale to last through the end of the weekend with recipients being notified before the end of next week.
q: are these final sale?
a: yes, all fine and rare is always final sale. in general we do not accept returns as we cannot guarantee the storage of the purchases.
q: I am a club member, can I use my credits or do I get an additional discount?
a: nope, sorry. As club members you get a TON of perks but not this one. no additional discounts on fine and rare wines or the ability to use credit.
q: I requested a bunch of the wines above, does that mean that I purchased them?
a: No, well not yet at least. Due to the limited amount available if multiple people request the same bottle we will draw a “winner” at random like a raffle. should you get picked for a bottle or bottle(s) we will let you know asap and you will be required to provide a payment method to complete payment and/or a card on file may be used.
